Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of making decisions on behalf of Shenandoah Valley Wedding Showcase called for under the terms of this agreement, the Shenandoah Valley Wedding Showcase team (SVWS) or authorized representative(s) is hereby designated as the sole person in authority to make the decision. • SVWS offers no exclusives. • SVWS requires all vendors to remain set up and open during all advertised show hours. • All spaces are 10’x10’ or 10×8 (limited availability). Table rental is available for $15. Chairs are available for $3 each. • SVWS reserves the right to reassign booth spaces. If reassignment is necessary, the vendor will be notified in writing. • Tents and tent toppers are not permitted; however, tent frames may be used for displays. • Payment must be completed once application has been accepted to reserve the booth. Payment is accepted through Paypal, Credit, or Debit. Returned checks are subject to a $35 service fee. • Vendors must keep wares inside booth space and aisles clear. • There will be no selling in the aisles. • Handicap parking is for the handicapped only and we ask you, the Vendor, to park in the back of the building after you have unloaded. • No Vendor vehicles are to be left at the front of the building once show begins. • Vendor expressly agrees to indemnify and save SVWS harmless from, and against any and all claims, loss, damage, injury, and liability however caused, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected to vendor’s use or occupancy of the leased premises. • Vendor is responsible for all licenses, permits, taxes, and insurance. • Vendors shall not assign, transfer, or sublet their space without a new agreement being signed and under the approval of the SVWS team.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds, no exceptions. The show will occur regardless of inclement weather.• SVWS is not responsible for accidents.

MARKETING • Vendor will provide SVWS with at least 3 pictures, logo and any pertinent info to use for Advertising • Vendors will NOT start any additional “EVENTS” on Social Media, SVWS will create the “EVENTS” and invite all Vendors to Co-Host the EVENT.
